All drawings may or will include a subtle mark (signature and/or watermark) that you may not remove.

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

Commissions are non-refundable once I have started on them.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio, as well. If you don't want your piece to be shown publicly, please make that known early on in the process!

Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal.

Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront.

Do not send me payment before I have discussed & agreed to working on your commission. After confirming your commission, an invoice will be sent your way. Once paid, I will start working on your request!

I will notify you when I have started on your commission. Once I do, a refund cannot be requested. (See point 7 for additional details).

While I'm working on your commission, I will check in with you at each stage (initial sketch, lines, and color if applicable).

Work-in-Progress images will usually include a watermark.

Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution PNG image along with a watermarked web-friendly size.

Trello will be used to track commission status.

Note that there is no physical product.

Maximum 1 round of revisions per commission.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing that you have previously approved and/or the change request comes to me after I've notified you of completing the commission, a fee will be charged to change it. (+10% of final commission price).

Promote myself with it everywhere.

Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.).

Use as examples for future commissions.

Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless previously agreed upon otherwise (can upload to your social media, profile pictures, forums, etc.).

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

The buyer may NOT use commissioned artwork to train AI or for NFTs. This is strictly prohibited.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission and a payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.

If you have already paid and decide to cancel your order before I've started working on it, you will receive a full refund.

Once I've started working on your commission, a refund cannot be requested.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed the work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

Sketch and/or final sketches that you must approve of before I continue the work.

Full-resolution file (approx. 2480 X 3508 pixels at 300 DPI) of final drawing with my signature or username + watermarked web version for internet upload.

Final file formats are PNG and will be sent via email.
